Entries must be submitted through the online entry page. Payments can be made through secure credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard), by sending a cheque or via direct deposit. Entries Close Sunday, two weeks before the event (8 June 08).

Entry Fees

Solo - $135

Team up to 2 Riders - $240 per team

Team up to 4 Riders - $480 per team

Team up to 10 Riders - $600 per team

Team up to 10 Riders with Corporate Box - $1200 per team

Note: MTBA licence is not required and there are no additional fees for insurance. Geocentric has it's own public liability insurance for the event.

Late Fees- Late entries will be accepted up to 3 days before the event (18 June 08). Late fees as follows: Solo $20 extra, Teams up to 2 Riders $40 extra per team, Teams up to 4 Riders $80 extra per team, Teams up to 10 Riders $120 extra.

Public Entry

Entry to the event site is free for competitors. General public, friends and supporters will be charged a $5 gate entry which will give them access to the property and entertainment for the entire weekend. Kids under 16 free.

Your race entry fees include:

• A high quality 24hr mountain biking course;
• Access to a weekend festival including live music, food/market stalls etc;

Pre-Requisites

All competitors must agree to the conditions, declarations and indemnifications outlined in the Acknowledgement Waiver and Release form for competitors and be willing to sign this at race registration.

Cancellation Policy

Entries close the Sunday night, 2 weeks prior the race. After this date a late fee of $25 for solo competitors and $55 for teams or will apply. You may submit a late entry up to the Sunday night 1 week prior to the race. T-shirts cannot be guaranteed for late entries.

Entry cancellations can be made up to the Sunday night 1 week prior to the race when a refund (less 15% administration fee) will be made. Refunds will not be given after this date.

No reduction or refund will be given if on the day of the race, you have less than the given number of riders in your entry.

If the race is cancelled due to acts of god, natural disasters, terrorism or other similar reasons etc, the organisers will make every effort to refund as much of the entry fee as possible to all teams.

Insurance

The event organisers have a public liability insurance policy to the value of 10 million dollars. This however is not personal accident insurance for you! It is recommended you have your own personal accident insurance.
